Why Todd Is Running

It started on the trail.

Waterford has been home to Todd and his family for 26 years. As a trail runner, he has spent countless hours along the Tuolumne River, where organizing cleanup and improvement work led to practical questions about maintenance, responsibility, and follow-through.

The trail was the starting point, not the whole platform. Todd is running to listen to residents and help Waterford take better care of the parks, facilities, streets, infrastructure, and shared spaces families rely on every day.
