Todd Valdez for Waterford City Council respects the privacy of people who visit this website and contact the campaign.

When you voluntarily submit information through our website, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, or a message, the campaign uses that information to respond to you and communicate with you regarding your submission and campaign activities you have chosen to receive information about.

Information submitted through the Get Involved form is stored securely for campaign follow-up and is used so the campaign can contact the person who submitted the information.

The campaign does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar behavioral advertising or analytics tracking tools on this website.

Campaign contributions and merchandise-related contributions are processed through Donorbox. Information submitted through Donorbox is also subject to Donorbox’s own privacy and security practices.

This website may contain links to third-party services, including social media platforms and Donorbox. Those services maintain their own privacy policies and practices.
